Juraj Hvorecký is a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences. His interests cover the areas of the philosophy of mind, cognitive sciences and applied ethics in the domain of technology and institutions. He is also a member of the Center for Environmental and Technology Ethics - Prague (CETE-P). In addition to his research agenda, he is also deeply interested in the issues of popularizing social science and humanities research.
